Welcome to Diselier. By accessing or purchasing from diselier.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Diselier is an online apparel and lifestyle brand operating through diselier.com. Our products are produced and fulfilled by our partner Printful, and each piece is made specifically for your order.

2. Products

Each Diselier piece is made specifically for your order, so we do not hold inventory. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product images are as accurate as possible but are not guaranteed to be an exact representation of the final product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

All orders are final. Because each piece is made specifically for your order, it goes into production shortly after it is placed and cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. Please review your order carefully, including size, color and shipping address, before completing your purchase.

5. Production & Shipping

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days and then shipped. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only:

• United States: 3–4 business days after production (about 5–9 business days in total).

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume or carrier issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

Every Diselier piece is made specifically for your order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Before ordering, please check the size chart on each product page. It’s the best way to find your perfect fit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. There’s no need to send the item back. Simply email us at hello@diselier.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll reship your order free of charge or refund you in full. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can’t cover orders that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on diselier.com are the property of Diselier or their respective creators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Diselier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of our site or purchase of our products shall be resolved in good faith between both parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
